Consultancy and Facilitiation

I am an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and master of ceremonies with over 20 years of experience in media, theatre, and education. My work draws deeply from the world of performance and storytelling, using drama-based tools to enhance communication, collaboration, and creativity among facilitators, teachers, and organisational teams. Whether I’m leading an intimate workshop or facilitating a large corporate gathering, I create spaces that are dynamic, inclusive, and transformative. I design and deliver training programmes that help people become confident, reflective, and skilled communicators. My facilitation style is anchored in empathy, precision, and performance—guided by the belief that learning should awaken both thought and feeling. I integrate contemplative practices and creative wisdom with contemporary research to support meaningful change. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with remarkable partners including GIZ South Africa, bbw and the German Chamber of Commerce, Ocean’s Hub, Harambee, Stellenbosch University, MACUA, MISTRA, and FES South Africa. These collaborations have allowed me to co-create learning experiences that inspire growth, connection, and lasting impact.
